Nerd stereotypes are aplenty, mostly false. But when it comes to computer nerds (male, programmers) it can sometimes be true. Here's an advertisement for an online programmer's community website... showing a "hot chick" (why exactly, is anyone's guess). I saw this on another programmer-related website (www.thedailywtf.com).
Now, using women for advertising unrelated products is nothing new. What is funny is the discussion that ensued following this ad's appearance.
